Notice

The rooming list shows which rooms you will have and with whom you will share it.
The request from the group from one country/territory to share one room is applied first.

The priority to arrange the roommates for national players and executives is as below. 
(1) with guests 
(2) same gender
(3) small age gap & same continent

The priority to arrange the roommates as groups for the youth players & guardians is as below.
(1) same gender of guardians
(2) same continent

It is expected many of participants know each other which KBF cannot find.
You could arrange the roommate with other group, but it 'must' be accepted only if both sides completely agree with it.
(Anyone will be excluded from the KPMC without any caution if he/she tries to force someone to do it.)

All responsibilities occured in the origionally given room like damaged stuffs in the room should be asked to the staying persons in the rooming list.
To avoid any unjust transfer of responsibility, please tell the organizer (Mr. Arnold KIM) if you arrange the room with others.

[Precaution]

1. Damaged goods or stuffs in the room should be responsible for the staying persons.
: Last year, a few participants broke or took cups in the room, so KBF should pay for the damage.
KBF will ask the responsibility to the person afterwards and if he/she already left Korea, it should be asked to his/her belonging organization.

2. Manners for the roommate and other staying guests
: Last year, some participants sang songs in the room so that guests staying near the room could not sleep well.
As it is a reasonable manners to comply with, please keep the dignity as a civilized person.
