The countries/territories which would like to register afterwards should contact KBF first to confirm whether it is possible.
They should not buy the flight ticket until getting the confirmation for the added registration.
For those who have already been registered or forwarded the message to register, please finish to book the flight ticket by August 12.
Since August 12, KBF should fix the budget to use airfare support, so those who cannot meet the deadline might get any disadvantage like reduced support.
Therefore, please notice and meet the deadline.
There are more 60 countries/territories to express their participation to the 19th KPMC, which is much more than expected. (20%)
KBF has to arrange the budget to support all of them, so the budget issue is significant.

Also, the cancellation will be unavailable since Sep. 8 as rooms, meals, and other services are fixed afterwards.
If you cancel it since the deadline, there might be any disadvantage to the next participation for your country/territory.
